Duntan will start tailoring and delivering the products to you once we've verified your purchase. For Duntan standard products, we will deliver them to you in a range of 5 to 15 days. Products made with advanced techniques will take longer, ranging from 1 month to 2 months (Applicable to all nations).

If the product you receive doesn't match the information on the receipt, you have the option to request an exchange. Please ensure that the product is still in its original condition, with all the necessary packaging and tags intact.

If there are any errors in the measurement process when using our made-to-measure service, you have the option to request an exchange for the product. Due to an error on our part, we will gladly accept the return of the products and provide complimentary revisions.

For product exchanges, you will not have to pay any shipping costs.

If there happens to be a defect with the product, you have the option to request a return. Please ensure that the product being returned is in its original condition, with no signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage. The size tag and box should also be intact and unused.

When it comes to product returns, you will need to cover the costs of returning the items to our headquarters in Duntan. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any product loss. while in transit.
